Copying a Deal

You can copy a deal and then edit the copy as a shortcut to create a new deal that has some of the same information as the earlier deal.

To create a copy, click the Copy button menu at the top of the Deals screen. There are two options:

• Copy Header copies only the Header tab into the new deal. The deal's other fields start out blank.

  This is useful if the two deals have much Header tab info in common but not much info from their other tabs.

• Copy All copies all of the deal's tabs into the new deal.

  This is useful if the two deals have a lot of information in common on most or all of their tabs.
